I would never Recommend ANYONE to buy a vehicle from Barloworld Ford and Mazda N1 CITY-Unless you want to die in a car accident like I almost lost my life.
I bought my Ford Fiesta 2004 CASH by them last year in February 2012. I took the car home and noticed my car had not been SERVICED in 40 000km, That's right. I took it to them n they argued with me that they do a 80 point check and service the cars when it is almost due for a service. which was not the fact, they SOLD me the car without even checking the service history book. I had a constant shudder on my steering driving between 100 and 120 km/h, I then paid to check my wheel alignment and balancing, but still the shudder, I took it back to HI-Q Milnerton and that is when they told me my steering rack is messed up. I then took it back to them for a second time and was told they can not replace the steering rack "ITS GOING TO COST THEM TO MUCH " but they can conceal it, which they did. but they almost cost me my life. In December my Coil pack packed up as well as my hose water bottle.i paid for that too."car is written off now" something went wrong"Wheel came off the Rim" lost control and slammed into a wall. Thank I am alive
