We bought a brand new bakkie K2700 in January from Kia Pinetown. Brand new and the wheel alignment was out!!!
The workshop manager never bothered to phoned me after the sales manager said he told him to do so. Work shop manager only phoned me on 5 June 2013 more than 5 months later just to tell me with an attitude that the warranty does not cover wheel alignment. I wrote an e-mail to the dealer principal, sales manager etc to complain about this and guess what, no reply not even from the dealer principal. KIA PINETOWN is just not interested to solve my problem or give normal, expected service.
I guess it's ok to buy a brand new car and the wheel alignment is out. That's maybe how things should be and customers should not complain about that and just except it...?
What has happened to normal, good after-sales customer service of a brand new car???
