My Hundai Elantra was serviced by this dealership and did I show them that the steering wheel is peeling..this is the second steering wheel, I was then informed that a bulletin had been released, that steering wheel manufactured in SA are to be withdrawn and that steering wheel will be imported from Korea... this was on 18 April 2013... I was informed that they would order me a sterring wheel and contact me when the steering wheel has arrived... I have phoned the dealership on numerous occasions enquiring about the steering wheel... waiting for phone calls to be returned... well nothing... so today, 2 September, which is 6 months later, I still have no replacement steering wheel, I call the dealership this morning, again they do not return my call... so I go to the dealership... and still they have the old steering wheels in stock!!! Again I get told that they will order me one from Korea, and again i get informed of the bulletin regarding the steering wheels to be imported from Korea... This is ridiculous to say the least, last time I was told 5 weeks... ok, six months later still no replacement steering wheel... Really, is this the service we must expect from Hyundai??
