I tried to upload my car photos on the 6th and 7th of this month, an error occurred while I was trying to upload. I tried numerous times and on a different PC with still the same error on your site!
I then logged x2 tickets on the Helpdesk with no response or notification! I emailed Kugan, Linda and Manesh who I worked with in the past with still no response, it has been 5 days. I have called Kugan on cell number I have about x6 times with no answer or call back. Now I have to pay the full car instalment because your system was down! The Service of Drive Car Sales it ridiculous. It's actually a joke! Every time I have a problem or issue, this is how I get treated. There is just no service!
If somebody reads this mail, please contact me asap. I would like to know what I must do from here!!!
I am ready to go to the media with this.
This is not the first time, the response time is usually 2-3 weeks!
