What is the point of buying a vehicle which is supposed to be a reputable brand name.
My car would not start due to Hyundai's cheap parts on Wednesady the 11th of December and now at 3pm i am told the part will only ordered tomorrow which is a Friday and will only get to the dealership on Wednesday 18th the latest. A WHOLE WEEK WITHOUT A CAR!!!
The dealership could not give me a loan car and was then told to call Hyundai South Africa who in turn told me they are a distributor and will not be able to assist me with a loan eventhough the claim is under the warranty.
I am now stuck without a vehicle for work and the long weekend till Wednesday.
Clearly there is no new thinking and no new possibilities for me not to be inconvienced whilst i wait for the ignition parts.
