I have been expecting a parcel from Orange in the UK. On Sunday, I noticed that it was at 'Clearance event' stage. As I had been warned by Orange that this usually meant that they were waiting for my ID number, towards the end of Monday as I hadn't heard from DHL, I called them. I spoke to a gentleman in the Call Centre (needless to say, I didn't take note of his name), and provided him with my ID number, email address and contact number. He said that the status would be updated within the hour. Tuesday morning, the status was still the same, 'Clearance event', so I called the Call Centre again. This time they put me through to Pio in Imports and he asked me for my ID number (because they hadn't yet received it!). Just poor service on your part, DHL - I really shouldn't have to call in twice just to have my parcel cleared! Hopefully, now I will have my parcel delivered.
