Europa Car bad service, No client refund

Hi

Bad service from Europa car Germiston, have hired a vehicle from them via car hire brokers, booked date 27/11/13 and return date 04/12/13..up to this day I have not received my deposit refund R4300,
On friday 6th I caled their headoffice Innocential Motaung assured me that all we be sorted nothing happend and on monday the 9th I called the headoffce again Michael Mokoni promised me that I will be paid back on the 10 nothing again..The car wa returned with no issues...
Al the requested travel vouchers were submitted as requested.
PLEASE Europa CAR pay my deposit back... irs more than 22hours refund period yet I don't have my money...
