I hired a car from the O.R Tambo branch on Friday the 6th of Dec 2013. The hired car had technical problems on Sunday while driving from Bloem to Kimberley. I called your Kimberley office with around 15:00 and there was no answer. Your Website states that the Kimberley office closes at 18:00. I called your Bloem office which stated that they cannot assist I need to talk to the CTN call centre. I called the CTN call centre and stayed on the phone for roughly an hour. I eventually got through to the O.R Tambo branch where I was told, I will be told I will be assistance the next day.
