I recently bought my 1st car from this dealership and was promised the vehicle would be delivered to me yesterday, the lady i had been dealing with through out the process had been very helpful, when we spoke yesterday she confirmed the gentleman who does deliveries was in training and finishes at 4pm and the car would be delivered latest 6pm.
i waited for this to happen.
5pm i get a call from this Daniel person very rude and arrogant with lack of customer service, he tells me he cannot drive from the dealership to my house as its 'too far' for him he can only deliver tomorrow, i requested to speak to the lady handling my matter, he then advises the lady that im being difficult and not understanding and apperently leaves the office.
i was left hanging because this person decided he will not do his job as per his job description.
i requested them to cancel the entire contract based on this one individual for the poor service and arrogance he gave me over the phone, i want the company he works for to know they have lost a customer in me all because of him.
i will not recommend any one i know to deal with this dealer only because of this daniel person.
