RUDE EMPLOYEE AND BLACKLISTED

In December 2012 I hired a car from Tempest Car Hire Kimberley branch (who are not the problem). I was in the rural areas and it rained hard and the roads were muddy and dangerous, cars were slipping and didn't want to risk the car being damaged. The car was overdue for delivery or extension. I communicated with Kimberley via watsupp and advised that I am unable to go to the nearest branch which was Durban as I was in Eshowe at the time. In two days I was due to go back to Kimberley which I did. On the way to Kimberley I was contacted by someone called Johan from risk and I explained to him and at the time I was already and Kimberley on my way to drop off the car.

I explained to him and he was fine with it. I dropped off the vehicle, after a few days I received an invoice which outlined what was overdue plus a R1000.00 after hours surcharge. I phoned the branch and asked what the R1000 was for and it was explained to me. I was advised that it's for the calls that Johan made to me. I had no problem with it. At the end of January I went to the Kimberley branch and paid. (not enough characters left to complete this complaint but it goes up to June 2013 where Johan was rude)
