I am driving Audi A5 2012 model, on the 4th of November 2013 I sent it to Audi Richards Bay since I reported the emission control warning light. My car was sent for repair and the following were discovered:
1. One pistil was broken from the 2012 model since my car was rankling
2. Wnen asked a technician told me that it was due to factor default sine they admitted that pistils installed were not conforming to a quality.
the dealer could not tell me the progress of my car up until I called them.
I was told to arrange credit card if I need to get a car hire, up until I fought.
The car was given to me after being repaired but still the fault exist.
I brought it back, then they took part from old say 2011 model to rectify the matter in front of me,
Then reset the problem. They then gave me a car but after few hrs the problem start over again. I brought it back again, they then use pc to reset the problem,
Then gave me a car. I then drove 150km, then oil light and emission warning light came on.
when I wnt to Petrol station the oil were all over the engine. I then reported the matter then brought it to them.
I don't trust that car it is in danger for me is there anyway to get assistan
