Goods were supplied from Cape Town, delivery to Durban.
1st complaint: Goods were not delivered on time. At least a day late (as of writing this crit, goods are a day late and still haven't arrived).
2nd complaint: Their track and trace is cryptic at best. No useful info could be gleaned.
3rd complaint: When trying to find out where the parcel was, I had to speak to no fewer than 6 individuals at their call centre, almost losing my temper, before someone capable enough was able to respond to the status of the delivery.
Upshot: Some government departments I've dealt with are more capable and offer a shorter response time.
