I'm waiting for a parcel wish should have been in Durban by 12 o'clock! After paying for over night and after the promise that the parcel would be in Durban by today now the parcel is still in Johannesburg and I have done 320 km to come pick it up and now no one can tell me when I'll have it! The parcel was given to the post office in Heilbron on Wednesday 8/01/2014 and it's the 10th today and I'm still waiting for my overnight parcel!!! I came to Durban because the said they will fly it down to Durban so that I can have it today the 10th!! Not happy at all
