I bought a brand new Tata indica 1.4L in October 2013 and the starter already packed up I took the car to Tata in Randburg so they can repair it under the warranty first they told me the starter have to be order and it will be there in 3 days when I phoned them again to find out if the starter is there they said 10 to 12 days and after that they said I must wait another 5 days it is on back order when I phoned them today they told me I have to wait for 3 months before the starter will arrive. I am not office based and need to fix customers machines on a daily basis in different areas, Tata is more that welcome to keep the car for 3 months but they must give me a loan car for that period. I cant believe in the whole of SA there is not a starter available.
