I purchased a brand new TATA Indica in September i took possession of the car on the 16 of September in mid October i started experiencing problems with my car i then took it in to a Tata services center in Cape Town and was advised as to what he problem was and of the parts had to be ordered from India that order was placed on the 30 October 2013 and the car at that time only had 3000km on the odometer after trying to get through to TATA customer care, after the 3 e-mail i got a response that was on the 13 November i was informed that the parts is on order so on the 14 November and i was informed that the parts are being flown in and that it would be in the country the following week.i then sent an e-mail on the 18 November and was informed that the parts arrived in Durban so then i called on the 19 November and the customer care consultant told me that the parts was now in Johannesburg at customs so on the 25 November i call to ask what is going on i am told that the parts will arrive at the airport tonight at 21h00 hours i requested a copy of the confirmation e-mail that was sent to TATA SA and i am still waiting i am really disappointed at the poor after sales service
