Why repair when you can simply replace

BMW Witbank have more interest in taking your money than helping you.
Our cars key probably only needs a new battery, but without even offering to examine the key for any possible causes we were told "you need to buy a new one".
I have no disillusion that maintenance on a 7 series is expensive and we are prepared to cough up IF WE NEED TO.
I can assure you had we walked in and said we wanted to buy a new car our service would have been completely different.
The dealership is more interested in selling a product than repairing an old one and helping the client.
If this is the level of service i can expect from BMW I can assure you, this is the first and last vehicle I purchase from you.
