HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, shirking responsibility

Ordered & paid 4card key on 31/10/13. Promised delivery in 10 working days. Started making enquiries after 15 working days. Promised call backs for feedback which I never got. On 03/12/13 I demanded to speak to manager of parts and when that failed I asked 4dealer principal. He said there was a backlog in France, he'll check & revert back. Called in the afternoon & said sorry 4delay, will get key on 18/12. That according 2calender was 10 WORKING DAYS! Had a problem with current key on 08/12/13, couldn't start car in the middle of nowhere at 9pm. Eventually got key 2work. Drove to dealership next morning & demanded 2C when key was ordered, ORDERED 03/12/13 after talking to James. When confronted he was rude and condescending! I told him I'm self employed, I need my car & if I got stuck he will give me a car 2go 2clients. He said he will not give me a car nor pay my salary cause I might not be able to work because of their irresponsibility. He said I was irresponsible, why didn't I have spare key. I did not get a lift to order the SPARE key, nor was my car towed there. I used A WORKING KEY. Told him I'm going to go to Hello Peter & he said he doesn't care. There's more, no more space
