My car's been off the road for 4 months now. mitsubishi keep on giving me the run-around on when parts will arrive from japan. i've got a "courtesy vehicle" from mitsubishi (who still cannot guarantee when the parts will arrive in SA) but not something i can use to go on holiday with. i have asked mitsubishi to upgrade my courtesy vehicle to something that matches my vehicle (that they are responsible for keeping off the road due to their incompetence) but they don't seem to care that i will have to cancel my holiday as a result. mitsubishi seems to be quite happy with the fact that their inability to deliver is ruining my holiday - especially after i have been waiting for my car for over 4 months now.
