RENAULT PARTS SA 3RD TIME TO GET RIGHT IF LUCKY

Past 3 months and i have simply had no joy.
service i reiceived from Ernest SIbeko the parts salesman at renault benoni has been excellent, but the brand itself has failed me as a customer its taken me a period of 3 months and two occasions to still end up with the wrong part for my vehicle and a major inconvienance to me. I ordered a part from renault benoni in november (i ordered gear links and pipe that had broken) cost roughly R3500.00 i gave my vin number and photos of the actual pipe. i was told the pipe would take some time as it was being shipped in 10-14 working days pipe arrived and it wasnt correct. Renault has a policy whereby ordered parts cant be exchanged which meant that i had wasted my money on the wrong pipes after supplying all the relevant info, then renault requested that i send them photos of the where the pipe goes from and to, communicated by ernest to renault RSA and they advised which pipe it was and that the pipe had to be ordered from france costing 3500.00 the part took time to arrive and today its been declared that the pipe is incorrect second time round, and now its another part number that needs to be ordered and no quote has been issued as yet
