I ordered and paid for goods of a fairly large amount to waste, was told delivery will be from date of payment confirmed, 5 working days, clearly that didn't happen, now no one wants to take responsibility and ensure my goods will be shipped to me asap, no they will only do that within another 5 working days! it is not acceptable to me, the reason why I ordered from them was because of the lead time, which is a blatant lie. I asked them on their chat if there is someone working on sorting out their mess and all I received was "hi". They are just not living up to the they advertise.
