They refuse to payback my R2000 deposit

I paid R2000 for reserving a vehicle that I was interested in Buying. The vehicle was sold to another person. On requesting for a refund, I was told that I will not be refunded and this was never explained proir to paying the money. I was told by one of the Sales persons that it will be refunded. This is very disappointing that they run their Business like that.

I have lost confidence in this company as they are cheating me of my money.
