On the 18 th March 2013, i had been purchasing a vehicle from Metro Car Sales. i had paid a deposit of R10 000. Little did i know that when i looked at the costs, they had been charging me unnecessarily. I had given the receipt (MFC) that i had received from Metro Car Sales to Barloworld Ford & Mazda to look at, they stipulated that Metro Car Sales had been ripping me off. So I had cancelled the deal at Metro Car Sales. They were cancelling the deal and were to refund the deposit I had paid. Once the deal was cancelled i had went in to collect my money and was told they are retaining R2000.00 for cancellation fees. I asked to see the contract but they are refusing to show it to me. This was not mentioned at the beginning . i did not recall seeing it in the contract. They stold money which they are not entitled to. They are hiding the contract and refuse to let me see it yet I have a right to see it.
