Hyundai can't refund my deposit

I was interested in buying a Hyundai H100 and was requested to pay a deposit of R56 956.05 which I did on the 19/06/2013. The sales lady (Marulette Erasmus) said I will get the vehicle in three days time as it has to be registered and applied smash and grab on the windows. After a week I still did not receive the vehicle and she kept on ignoring my calls. On the 29th/06 My father and I went to the dealership and related the story to the sales manager Mr Fourie and when he checked on the computer, he told us the vehicle is still in Durban. When we got home we sent them an email requesting that they cancel the deal and refund the deposit. I feel that I was treated unfairly and there was no honesty in communication. Now they still have not refunded my deposit and I have found another vehicle with another dealership whereby I must pay the deposit to. they keep on telling me that they have transferred the money and I should check my account tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I am so frustrated now.
