I bought a Tata car in 2006, I paid CASH FOR THE CAR, since then I have had problems with the car. I bought it BRAND NEW from the dealership in Klerksdorp, that's what I thought. When I got the car it looked like the car was spray paint, there where paint on the "roof rack", but the guy told me it was polish and it will go away. Up to date it is still there. With the first service, they told me the car was already serviced once, that made me subspecies. After a few months it started to give me problems, and no one can help me. I have phone head office and they said phone this one and that one said no phone this one. No one seems to care about client service at any TATA dealer ship. The immobiliser broke after a year, the turbo after 2 years and I can go on like this!!! And the worst of all -I HAD TO PAY FOR ALL THIS!
I am waiting for parts from the VRYBURG dealership, every time they sent the wrong parts. I went there myself with the clutch plate and told them it's the wrong part and they just said it's not. I struggle to get a Fan Belt; I am waiting for almost 2 weeks now. Seems like no one at TATA care about the name or to build up a good name!
