Brand new car with accelerators sensor problem

On 22 May 2013, we bought brand new car from Zambezi Barloworld. The morning of 23 May 2013, we got stuck and took the car to the nearest dealer, Eagle Canyon in Johannesburg, which they kept the car for days trying to fix it and they confirmed that it's an accelerator sensor problem, that means, the car stops in the middle of the road because it cant accelerate.
After repair Eagle Canyon called us for collection. On our way out of Eagle Canyon, we got stuck with the car and had to return it back to them, which means the dealer didn't test the car before giving it to us.
Eagle Canyon couldn't fix the problem and it was taken to Zambezi Branch. After 2 months, the car started with the same problem again and were send back to Zambezi, was fixed and again in October the problem started again and Zambezi tried fixing.

Now in November we are facing same challenges with the car, we complaint to Zambezi and GM SA Customer services requesting them to replace our car with the brand new car because the reason we bought the brand new car was to avoid these, we were told that that's the reason they gave us 5years warranty/120 000km because its manufactured by a human being.
