My car has been at their workshop for just on 7 weeks, 3 weeks ago I was called to say my car is ready. I went to collect it on the 16th Nov and was not happy with a few things, namely, alignment of replaced panels and lights, boot lid, the spay-painting was not good, my rear PDC's were not resprayed and fitted, parts quoted for were not replaced. I asked numerous times to be called by a Senior manager or the Owner. No return call to date. A week later (23rd Nov) I went to collect the car & again, some problems were fixed but due to rushing the job they messed up other things. On 30th Nov I went to collect and the repairs to the spray painting got even worse and now have to contend with badly scratched rims and scratches on new panels that were fitted. Eventually got hold of the owner (Rodney Pillay) on the 5th December and I outlined the problems to him, he apologised and said he was not aware of the problems and went on further to say no client should be treated that way, he will take it up with his staff and assured me he would call me back within the hour with a full report, almost 24 hrs gone and no return call. PATHETIC!! BECAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH RENEW IT
