My car was sent for accident damage, to the front bumper, radiator and the back bumper.
After sending the car back 4 times. I gave up since the service just got WORSE and WORSE
1 - Once they returned the car with car oil in the Water coolant system. Part of the repair that they had to do was replacing the coolant, water & radiator, there response when I asked them why they did it was that I the owner poured the oil in the radiator.
2 - Staff got abusive and aggressive towards me, when I asked them why can I still fit my hand & wrist between the bonnet and the bumper after returning the car 4 times and asking for the same thing, aligning my panels to the standard of 3 to 4 mm spacing.
3 - The owner Johan Delport will very quickly when you complain not take your calls anymore nor will he pitch up for meeting that was arranged to discuss the issues.
4 - Not one of the panels that was replaced or repaired was aligned. They are al skew.
5 - Now after a few weeks the paint is also starting to come of on some of the panels that they replaced.
The biggest mistake that I ever did was paying for the repairs before inspecting the car myself.
