NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE FROM AUTOBODY

My car was taken in for repairs on the the 19/08/2013 granted its a new vehicle i was sent an sms by the panel beaters that the estimated date of repairs would be the /- 04/10/2013. Around the 04/10/2013 i was told that the vehicle was in painting on the 10/10/2013 Dial direct sent me an sms advising that the vehicle is at the painting stage. On the 15/10/2013 the consultant from Dial direct called and advised that she followed up with the Panel beaters and they had indicated that the vehicle was still in painting and will be finalised by the end of this week. Today when i followed up with them just to confirm this i was informed that the vehicle wont be ready this week nor next week but maybe by the end of the other week. which is like three weeks from now and the way things have been going even after three weeks they will still come up with more excuses. Not once have they called me or sent me an sms to inform me of the progress of the repairs.
