Multi Franchise has been spamming me since I bought I Renault from them in April 2011. In direct contravention of the Electronic Communications and Transactions act, they do not provide an "unsubscribe" link. Multiple requests to them to be removed from their mailing list have fallen on deaf ears. I am now fast approaching the point where I will never do business with them again, because it is becoming obvious that they have no respect for their clients.
