Tempest Car Hire
First and last time

I decided to book a rental car with Tempest for the first time for yesterday arriving in CT. I booked online the day before and the total amount came to R325. Then at the office I get billed for R845 because of "your policy". Fine. Then i get billed another R5600 because of "your policy". Needless to say I didnt have the amounts required, so I got a refund and went somewhere else. I can understand that thats how Tempest works, but because of your way of doing business, you lost a customer. No other car rental place required the amounts of money you guys do. Perhaps you need to "restructure" your "policies", so you can actually have a full office at landing times. Avis and Budget were full, and Tempest had maybe 6 people, and one of them was also complaining...
