Extra Mile is an Understatement

On a busy month end I received an email from Wesbank on behalf of a client who was very angry and very frustrated because she is an American consulate and almost every insurer wouldn't help her with cover because of the international drivers license. I was also very skeptical at first as this can be a very tricky thing. I approached our underwriter, whom to re-assure us and to make 100% sure we could cover the client called the Telesure claims managers for assistance. Cindy came back to me who could re-assure the client that one of our business partners could indeed cover the client with certain conditions. The client was utterly grateful that someone was prepared to go out of there way to assist her. She could now be covered and take delivery of her vehicle without any hiccups. Cindy did the underwriting and was very patient too as the client had many questions. Fantastic Service Cindy
