On the 21st December 2012 i bought a brand new kombi Ses'buyile at Squad cars cnr Boom/ Paul Kruger Street Pta. After receiving the vehicle it starts giving problems, the engine light that is always on even if the engine runs. I took the matter to them but still the problem not solved until the vehicle struggle to start and i reported the matter, i send the vehicle to them to fix the problem; they told me that the battery not working i should buy new battery out of my pocket. i disagree with them to buy the battery but lately i decided to purchase the new battery because they denied to replace the battery but after i buy the new battery still the car didn't start. The was electronic problem but still they told me to repaired it out of my pocket. I did that still the vehicle not running and the installment is needed, the car is not making money since i purchased it. What i got is the bad attitude from the personnel (workshop manager squad cars). Please assist with investigations to expose them to show the whole world that there are not fit to run this kind of business, consumer act must do something about squad cars. They are taking our economy to the drain.
