I want to lodge a complaint against ford South Africa for poor service and making the customer (me) feel like the guilty party.
Underneath you will find all the events and information needed. I now sit with a broken Ford Focus 1.8L S.I that has 80 000Km on the clock. I'm 33 years of age, married with 2 children and no transport. I'm driving a ford since I was 18 years of age and have had numerous new and second hand Ford cars and never had this problem before. I drove all of my cars over 250 000Km's and never had a block broken.
I do travel a lot and far distances with my car and it just doesn't make sense. There is always a person accompanying me on my trips so I do have witnesses that is prepared to deliver statements of how I am driving my car on a daily basis. Is it a possibility that the part in the engine broke and caused a hole in my block due to a defect part? How am I going to find out and what should I do when it is a defect part. My car is only guaranteed for the first 60 000Km. Now this incident is going to cost me over R40 550.00. I'm really disappointed in the car and Ford not only for the bad service but also for the damage caused to me by the car breaking down and I
