Sunday afternoon I went into Game Boksburg to look at running shoes/indoor soccer boots. I came across a pair but they only had one shoe. I approached someone working near the shoe department but they just told me to go and wait for someone to help me because that is not their department. Eventually someone came to attend to us. She was so rude and couldn't find the other shoe, she made out as if it was our fault that the shoe was not there. She just walked away without helping us further or offering to call another Game branch. I went to the manager who was not helpful either. I was very annoyed and instead of trying to calm me down or assist me he simply told me that 'maybe the other shoe was ' how does this help me? He then said he will try find another Game branch for me, but its a Sunday, all the shops were closing. He had no way of helping the situation. I will not go back to a place like that, where rude service and sloppy managing skills are all you will get. Why sell a product if the other half is not there? This is disgusting and I will not be shopping at that Game and I will make sure everyone I know, knows about this too. What do they have say about this??
