I would like to begin by thanking Henry (Cresta GM) and Corne Annandale (Eagle Canyon GM) as well as Liza Koen (Eagle Canyon GM) for the spectacular level of service I received when I recently purchased a vehicle from them.
There were no set backs, I contacted Henry, on Tuesday the 8th Oct regarding a vehicle I had seen an advertisement for, who advised me that he would get someone from the Eagle Canyon branch to contact me. Within a matter of minutes I received a call back from Corne Annandale who was professional from the onset and pretty much set the pace for the rest of the transaction.
Liza Koen amazed me with her service in helping me secure the best possible finance option and being in the financial industry myself it must be said that she really knows her work inside and out!
Corne preped me for the possibilty that the vehicle would only be ready the Friday (this was on the Tuesday when I went in to see the vehicle) I was astounded when the vehicle was ready an entire day early. Liza took an hour to arrange finance and provide rates where my institution took the entire day and she came back almost a full percentage point lower!
