Bad Service experience

Took my wife's Opel Corsa in for service at Eagle Canyon Auto as we had unsatisfactory experiences at CMH West Rand.
This is the second service at Eagle Canyon. The first one was great and we were very satisfied. This time around we arrived to collect the vehicle. Whilst my wife went to reception to find out if the vehicle was ready for collection I heard an car being revved in the workshop.
I went to investigate and found the mechanic (Graig) revving my wife's car whilst standing outside the driver door with his one on the accelerator.
I walked up and asked him "Whats up are you servicing this car or revving it right? ". With a big grin he informed me that he is revving it right. I then informed him that this was my vehicle that I paid a allot of money for. I went looking for the Service manager. Apparently Francois. He was at the Cresta branch.
I was promised that he would contact me to discuss the matter.
Well I'm still waiting. Assume it will be the same as CMH west rand. Never happens.
My advice is steer away from Opel or GM as much as possible.
Next day I was called and asked how I would rate the experience.
Well it feels like a burning backside to me!!!
