Servicing not done according to service manuals

I have a 2010 Opel Corsa, I have had this vehicle services annually at the correct service intervals by Eagle Canyon Auto in Northclff as this is were I purchased the car.
1. Every couple of months my headlight globes blow (and I mean every 2 -3 months) I have been told there is nothing that can be done because this is just a problem with the corsa and that I must just accept they must be replaced every couple of months.
2. At my 30000km service, I was informed that the break pads only had another 5 or 6000km left on them and that they should be changed. I gave the go ahead (I was told the drums must be skimmed at the same time.) This year 45 000km service, car comes back and Im not happy with the breaks - I asked were the brakes checked to be told -"they are always checked" 2 months later, Im back asking about brakes. I'm told today there is 30% left on brake pads (70% wear in 15000km?) and the drums must be replaced.
It appears therefore at 30000km work was not carried out correctly, at 45000km, service was not completed per service manual, and now I'm stuck with a R5500/.00 bill.

No exlainations or apologises have been received.
