New car giving problems and no assistance

I Purchased A New Kia Rio last year on the 6 October 2012 through the alberton multifrancise, I drove the car for almost a month it then started giving me problems jerking and losing power while driving... I took it back to dealer the 2X and no joy, the car is still giving me problems and i don't think that they know what the problem is and They started not to return my phone then I turned to Kia SA for help. I Spoke to Brandon who sd he will investigate but he never phone me back, I phoned him again He said he will still investigate and he did want take my number or even give me a reference number when I asked he sd he will get it from the dealer. to date I am stil waiting its now 2013 january and the new car still giving me problems, How is it that one can get such bad service from head office we sopposed to be clients and treated with fairness but this is not acceptable, I am even considering going to the Ombudman because I am not get help and a car which is not even 4000 ks is giving problems, I bought a new car i am not supposed to be suffering like this, calls nt returned, maybe the the News Papers needs to told to warn clnts about Kia SA service, BAD BAD SERVICE
