After waiting for the car to be repaired for months without updates and terrible customer service (Reported on HelloPeter previously), I picked the car up with problems on the 8th March.
1. Wrong front Number Plate - Raised on the 8th and was promised to be done by the next week - still no feedback. What happens if the car is pulled off in a road block?
2. The drivers door is not aligned.
3. Window tint on the drivers door is damaged.
4. The alignment on the car is totally off.
5. The lights were not aligned - Sorted out on the 8th.
I had phoned in twice during the 2 weeks and was told to leave my number and they will call me back. This is always the case and they never ever called back.
I have logged a complaint on HelloPeter before and they gave a sloppy reply.
This company really doesn't care about the customer.
