Imperial Select not delivering on their promises

Bought a vehicle on the 15th September 2012, Ever since then I had problems with the vehicle. It was sent in once by Imperial where they fixed the Right. CV boot and control arm. I have made mention of an humming noice comming from the rear of the vehicle which the replied that there is nothing wrong.

The problem contunued and the vehicle stated to make a noice at the fromt wheels aswell. I then dicided to take the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz Centurion to do a full inspection and rectify the faults.

The then ended up fixing wiper blades, replaced the ball joints on front wheels wich had excessive play, replaced the stop lamp switch which had an internal electrical fault and adviced that the rear tyrers needed to be replaced.

I then fowarded the invoice and the work sheet to Gerrit Jacobs who then replied that they will refund me and replace the tyres.

It is 2 months now that Im trying to sort this out but all I get is excuses and that they will get back to me. To date nothing has been done.

I'm fed-up with Imperial select and need some help to sort this matter out!
