Car went in for engine overhaul in November 2012, car was in for 5 weeks!!! Unacceptable, we were promised calls back from service manager and staff (never ever received those calls) we eventually had to physically go there to see the car to find the engine still on floor! Two months later car still leaking oil and brake making a noise, car is back with them today (31 January 2013) for who knows how long!

We complained about the service manager not calling us back only to be told "he is very busy" you would think that after 5 weeks of having our car we would be a priority customer!!!

Offered a car got in to drive it - no petrol!!! I refused to put petrol in as I had just filled my own vehicle.

The inconvenience of not being able to drive your own car is ridiculous and unacceptable especially as we received a service that cost us over R26, 000.00. I will be getting this money back as we NEVER EVER received a service from Pat Hinde Toyota.
