Don't use Time Freight Couriers UNLESS you want poor service and half of your goods to vanish... (items either misplaced, lost or no one can say) I have now purchased brand new items from a company in JHB and the most important parts to assemble have not arrived. looks like the bubble wrap was removed during transit... so I have paid for something I do not have!!!
After a number of calls, several emails, having been sent from branch to branch, department to department that NO ONE is willing to assist or even bother to respond. I have requested feedback on my missing items and 2 min later sent a quotation request to the same person who responded to the quotation request in seconds... POOR POOR POOR, is it not amazing how some companies will gladly take your money and not deliver or even bother to respond...
