Appalling administration

We've used TNT Express a few times and the service bringing the items in has been good, but the administration is appalling to say the least. We keep landing up with these four issues:
1. We are sent two bills, one for VAT and one for freight. I have spoken to field sales executives about this and every time I am just told, "sorry, I wish it can be changed but that's just how it is". Other freight companies don't do this
2. We tend to get one invoice for VAT and then two or three weeks later the freight invoice arrives, because we are sent a dunning notice to which I respond asking for the freight invoice.
3. The wrong company keeps being billed. Not once, but each time we've used TNT.
4. For every shipment we have to fill in a bunch of forms which is absolutely ridiculous. Our details are there and if anything changed, we will let you know. The last time we brought something in, we had to complete a credit application form! Hullo, we've had an account for a few years now, we'll let you know if there are changes. Anyway, I filled in the credit app and they collected it, now they are hounding me for a letter confirming that I have the authority to sign the credit app. Ridiculous.
