I use Time Freight all the time delivering to my clients, if they dont have a preferred courier. Excluding phoned in collections just counting my online collection request for 2012 is 48 collections. They lost a package last year, that I already replaced for my customer. Claim documents were send to them last year June. Im still waiting, for my claim. Emails dont get replied to (I was just told they had problems with their emails last year, just my luck that emails were down when I mailed in August, October and November), reasons given for the delay change every time I speak to them. Bad service, delaying tactics and lying. I wont be using Time Freight anymore.
