I submitted an online quotation request, just wanting a rough price to take a parcel from Joburg to Cape Town. Once you have filled in the form (quite a lengthy process) you have to click a "submit collection request to receive quotation" button... HOW DUMB IS THIS!?
2 hours later, the couriers arrived at my door... I STILL HADN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE QUOTATION!
Seriously. Go home Time Freight, you're drunk.
