I purchased a grandfather clock in JHB and was informed that it had arrived in Cape Town on the 11th December, by the 13th I still had not received the item and called Time Freight. The responses that I was given was as follows: Your reference number is invalid, followed by "yes we delivered the item to a motorspares shop", followed by, "there was no street address and we could not deliver", followed by it will definitely get to you by the 17th we do have it in our warehouse... today is the 18th... still no clock... it seems that both Time freight and I have NO TIME!!! I have called to enquire about the item and was promised a reply... guess what?..absolutely nothing!..What galls me is the fact that I had to pay someone to be at my premises yesterday to take delivery of this item... pathetic service
