Time Freight was supposed to have my package to me before 1pm, as confirmed with them on the morning of the 22nd. As I'm typing this (3:30 pm) the parcel has still not been delivered. Bear in mind that today was my day off and I planned my day around being available the whole morning till they come and deliver - scheduling my other trips for the afternoon.
Needless to say, the rest of my afternoon is now also ruined as I wasn't able to get to my rounds this afternoon. Calls to the call centre are also pointless. When 1pm came and gone, I phoned and were promised 3pm. 3pm also came and went - phoning now I had to wait 10 minutes for an agent to assist - eventually giving up and phoning again to see if someone else can assist. It appears the incompetence is company wide and not just in one area.
I'm paying a premium for the service and other providers are cheaper; clearly I'll be avoiding Time Freight in future as the result doesn't warrant the additional expense! Poor show Time Freight!!!
Don't even try and contact me to remedy the situation!
