I had a very bad experience with company called UTi logistics with delivery of my card, company has fail to deliver my card reason being they were refusing my proof of residential address and I am a full S.A citizen. Issue has started when I requested change of delivery date to one that accommodate me as client.one of they staff member accepted and not noted it on they system and that has cost me time and money arranging my card delivery.
