CCD couriers (contracted by FNB) was supposed to deliver my new card - there were numerous phone calls to the company - the call centre agents were unhelpful and not knowledgable. they called to cancel the first delivery because a vehicle broke down. and thereafter could only commit to delivering my card 5 days later. i was so frustrated with their incompetence - i asked my husband to contact them eventually - he had to speak to a manager who finally committed to a delivery time and date. They then delivered an hour later than the time they confirmed! then a week or so later i was contacted by them to sign a document for fnb - something which should have been done on delivery of the card. so at my inconvenience i made myself available to sign the documentation - the person who delivered it was miserable - and did not even greet! The people in this company have a bad attitude, are incompetent, fail and are late on deliveries and just leave you so frustrated!
