BAD ATTITUDE TREATMENT

I chris vd Berg called on Tuesday to arrange to have my car serviced with Renault in Hatfield, my car has a motor plan with AMH
, .I was reassured that all was in order with my motor plan I was told pls bring in the car on Wensday 7 clock in the morning, when I arrived, I spoke to the forman about my cars keygaurd battery he was total incompetent, he just potrayed an attitude of he don't want to help me, said I must ask parts very unprofessional

I then booked in the car, and was told that I can collect it by 14H30 when I arrived they told me they have not even started yet on the car, and the car was parked in the sun the whole day, they said they were waiting for AMH to approve the service which they were suppose to do previous day.

I then asked them just to bring my car and I left, Renolda was always working on my car but after this they will not see me again, I had to get up 5 clock in the morning because I stay in the North of Pta petrol was waisted and time, all due to bad bad bad management. Clients pls don't take your care to Renault service Hatfield management and service extremely bad, and very unprofessional should rather close their doors
